Barcelona is one of the best cities to visit in Spain! The city is on the Mediterranean coast, and has a wealth of unique historic architecture. Barcelona emerged as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe during the 1990s. Finding an hotel in Barcelona near in the city centre, you can visit a lot of monuments, museums and tourist places by walk or with the underground. Barcelona has a great night-time: fashionable bars and clubs operate in nearly every major district of the city! Locals sometimes opt for an evening in the tascas (taverns), or they settle in for a bottle of wine at a cafe, an easy and inexpensive way to spend an evening people-watching. During all the 2009 Berlin foresee great number of special events and exhibitions to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Fall of the Wall and the “peaceful revolution” that lead to the reunification of Germany and a divided Berlin.
The celebration year will climax on the date of the anniversary, November 9th, with a grand public party at Brandenburg Gate. Plans for the celebration include an artistic performance symbolizing the Fall of the Wall, with the toppling of a domino wall along the entire wall path, but also a big concert and a street festival.
This is a good chance to visit the german capital!<!–
